will not going to help any more.Now the whole city is observing a non declared phenomena
"No tolerance".This entirely differs from that of police.No tolerance by BMTC to the activities of 3 wheelers.3 wheelers do not tolerate the weakers of them.( you should tolerate when they climb on foothpath and drive.
Certain of type innovation is required by the
traffic wings of the City.I differ with the
view that "traffic police "is the first man

Let me have very small experience.Just a month back there was 100s of Banner near
HAL/Press club area.One banner was cut off
and greeting the scooterists/cyclists and
walkers in that area waving around thier necks. Yes Dear Commissioner therewas full time traffic constable who was not able to
imagine what type of tragedy it would bring.Hope nothing has happened ato any body other day( i left for Mysore)Dozens of examples are there.Alongwith a long term policy a short time productive actionis required.Till that time we can fill up the pages.Any how good debate and good platform by CM
