when this writer was happy in seeing a conditional note on Contractacts and brochures on "Non Smoking" the words were perhaps took plaace in this blog. Non smokers to the IITF 08 are more happy in seeing a prominant Signage in the main entrance ie gate7 opp to supreme court with all warnings that the Entire Pragati maidan complex is "SMOKE FREE". Indeed a positive step.
