ELECTION TAMASHA IN POWER CORRIDORS.

As 2004 witnessed the,10 Janpath Hdqrs of AICC as Power Corridor,2009 too saw the same venue,as a place of High voltage activities. on 17/5,the Press & Media other than Channels camping in AICC, rushed to Congress Headquarters for Feed for Visuals and Print Medias.
The great CWC meet was announced and finally took off with many restrictions on Media,leaders and even on CWC members.
The main gate was closed denying entry to Cars of CWC members .Few CWC members did not wait for any request from security in the Main gate and walked
in after getting down in the entrance The waiting cameramen,and channels were
shooting the incidents.
In this scenario The Shafer Sheriff,(previous Railway Minister) and leading Cong leader arrived and waited in his car,with a hope that gates would be opened.
At this time there was a voice from Anchor of a leading Channel " sir u have to
walk down" cars are not allowed"
He obeyed the commands,got down and walked down.
No doubt he smiled at me (this blogger),in spite of his personal grief and so on
Many senior Journalists,and even visuals who are not having PIB cards preferred to stay in nearby Mahila offices and some wings of AICC offices,in
view of the sudden Restrictions on Media Persons.If u do not know anybody
to keep ur mobile,there was no arrangement for Safe deposit.In that front too
many Media personnel stayed down.
