President’s greetings on the occasion of Idu’l Fitr

The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil has sent her greetings to fellow countrymen on the occasion of Idu’l Fitr, which falls tomorrow.

In her message, the President has said, “On the happy occasion of Idu’l Fitr, I extend my greetings and good wishes to all my fellow citizens.

Idu’l Fitr brings joy and happiness at the culmination of the Holy month of Ramzan. May this festival strengthen mutual goodwill and inspire each one of us to follow the path of love, compassion and tolerance.
